Pulse Volley (“the game”) is developed by NeonLabs. This page describes what data is collected when you play, who collects it, and the choices you have.
The short version. We run no servers and hold no accounts. Your game progress never leaves your device. The only data that leaves your iPhone is what the advertising network collects in order to show ads — and nothing is used to track you unless you tap “Allow” on the system prompt.
1. Data stored on your device only
Your level, coins, fragments, unlocked skills, upgrades and settings are stored locally on your device (iOS UserDefaults). We never receive, transmit or store this data. Deleting the app erases it completely.
2. Data collected by our advertising and measurement partners
The game shows banner, interstitial and rewarded-video ads. We do not collect this data ourselves — it is collected by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) under Google’s own privacy policy. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking, see section 3
- IP address, and coarse location derived from it
- Device model, iOS version, language, screen size
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, reward completions)
Install attribution uses Apple’s SKAdNetwork, a privacy-preserving framework that reports conversions to advertisers without identifying you.
- Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Install attribution — Tenjin
We use Tenjin to measure which advertising campaigns lead people to install the game, and to measure the ad revenue those installs generate. This lets us see whether our own ads are worth what we pay for them. Tenjin may collect:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking, see section 3
- The vendor identifier (IDFV), IP address, device model, iOS version and language
- Install and app-open events, and the revenue from ads shown in the game
Tenjin also receives Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork install reports.

3. Tracking and your choices
When you first open the game, iOS asks whether Pulse Volley may track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. This is Apple’s standard App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not available to us, to Google or to Tenjin, and you will see non-personalized ads. Every part of the game keeps working exactly the same.
- If you choose “Allow”, AdMob may use the IDFA to personalize the ads you see.
You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Pulse Volley.
4. What we do NOT collect
- No account, name, email address or phone number
- No precise location
- No access to contacts, photos, microphone or camera
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDK beyond the advertising and attribution SDKs named above
5. Children
Pulse Volley is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will act on it.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because all gameplay data stays on your device, uninstalling the app deletes it entirely — there is nothing for us to hand over or erase on our side.
For data held by Google or Tenjin, you can exercise access, deletion and opt-out rights through their privacy policies linked in section 2. If you would rather go through us, email the address below and we will forward your request.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
